Criterium: All categories will enjoy racing on the beautiful 7/10th mile loop set in both a downtown and park setting. There is plenty of room to spread a blanket and picnic and a variety of  restaurants to sample.

Win & Out Competition: The Top 20 finishers of every Masters category (35+,45+, 55+) will be entered automatically to this fun and hard competition. 1st place will go to the winner of the 15th lap, 2nd place to the winner of the 16th lap, 3rd place to the winner of the 17th lap, 4th place to the winner of the 18th lap, and 5th place to the winner of the 19th lap.

5K Pursuit Competitions: Teams of 2 riders (Road Bikes only - Merckx style - no Aero anything) will compete in Masters and Open categories. Only 2 teams will be on the course at the same time competing against time and each other. The 500 meters course next to downtown will be packed with premes and cheering crowds. The top 2 teams with the best times of each category will duke it out one last time to win the coveted Pursuit Cup.

Road Race: Aside from the treat/twist we will have fun with, FloridaVelo is bringing to you an awesome new road course just a couple miles North of St. Joe's.  We are very fortunate to have a great partnership with the Hernando County and City of Brooksville - the people and the area want us there!  Sunday is a Florida Cup race. The Hayman Road Race course is a 12 miles loop that everyone agrees is much better than St. Joe’s.  It is safer but harder.  It has some newly paved roads, three hard rollers on Batten, a steep hill on Powell, a steady hill on Spring Lake, and short hard hill on Hayman.  The start/finish line is on a wide open very low traffic area, and the parking and registration will be right next on a nice property with friendly owners.
