Riders from around the state and the collegiate racers from around the southeast descended upon Gainesville FL in Feb to compete in the annual Collegiate opener and the second stop on the FPS. Over 300 racers took part in two criteriums and one Time Trial to earn points and money.  Its always cold for the UF race and this year was no exception. The Gator National Dragway was the backstop for the first crtierium on a testing course and then it was off to the highway for the open road TT. The highlight though is the downtown Gainesville Crit on Sunday each year.
