Q? What do I do if the posted results are incorrect?

A.

First of all don't panic. We always want to make sure that we display and report 100% accurate results to USAC and on our site. So please be very specific in your request and explanation of the error. Refrain for words like "screwed up" or "totally wrong" those may only delay the correction process. Please indicate what race, category and day you are referring to so that we don't need to go back and forth on emails just to find out what the issue is. Please allow for a day or so to see the corrections.

Q? What do I do if my team name is incorrect?

A.

First thing is to make sure that your team is listed on USAC's official list of team names. Just because you and few friends call yourselves the Bad News Bears it does not make you a USAC registered team. To do that go to this link on USAC to get started. Once this is complete the riders will need to link themselves to that team and to do that each rider or a team director must CALL USACycling to be attached to that team. Once that is complete you will then be welcome to contact FloridaCycling.Com to update your team status. We pull and use the USAC database only so once you are listed there you should show up for that team. But if you do not right away just This email address is being protected from spambots. If you have been on that team for a while and your team points are not counting correctly also please email us and tell us exactly which races that you did so that we go into the database and fix each one.
