Easiest way for Orlando & Tampa people to get there is (for either of them):
Get to HWY 60 (from Orlando - head west; from Tampa head east)
Turn South on Hwy 655A (80 Foot Road) which is about 5 miles east of Bartow and about 10 miles west of Lake Wales).
USA gas station is landmark.
Follow Hwy 655A (80 Foot Road) south until it ends at Hwy 640 (Lake Hendry Road).
Turn left/heading east on Hwy 640 (Lake Hendry Road) & stay on it for approx. 3 miles to Lake Buffum Road South.
Turn left/heading east on Lake Buffum Road South approx. 200 yards to Summers Road & turn right/heading south - this is the parking/staging area for the ride.
